Ramzan & Eid Corporate Gifts: Client and Employee Hampers, Done Respectfully

How to plan Eid corporate gifts for 2027: Ramzan vs Eid timing, gourmet hampers with a keepsake, dietary care, greetings and an order timeline built around a moon-dependent date.

The best Eid corporate gifts are gourmet-led hampers built around a useful keepsake. Send them either early in Ramzan or a few days before Eid al-Fitr, which is expected around 10 March 2027 in India but depends on the moon. This guide covers when to send, what to put in the box, dietary and cultural care, client and employee versions, greetings, and how to plan your order backwards from a date that can still move.

Ramzan or Eid: When to Send Corporate Gifts

There are two good windows, and they mean different things to the person receiving the gift.

A gift during Ramzan supports the month itself. Dry fruits and nut mixes are often enjoyed at iftar, so a hamper that arrives in the first week or two is used when it matters. It feels considerate rather than ceremonial.

A gift for Eid al-Fitr is celebratory. Like a Diwali gift, it is shared with family and guests, and the keepsake stays on the desk or shelf long after.

- Choose Ramzan if you want the gift to feel personal and timely, and you can plan early.

- Choose Eid if you want a celebratory gesture for clients or teams, or if your planning started late.

- Choose one, not both, unless the relationship is very close. One well-timed hamper lands better than two rushed ones.

Also decide early who you are gifting. Some companies send Eid hampers to Muslim colleagues and clients; others send an Eid greeting to the whole team as part of a year-round festive calendar. Either can be respectful, as long as the choice is deliberate and the message matches it.

Why the Eid 2027 Date Is Tentative: Moon-Sighting Explained

The Islamic calendar is lunar, and each month begins with the sighting of the new crescent moon. That is why any date you read now is a forecast.

According to Embrace Relief, which follows the Saudi Umm al-Qura calendar, Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin on Monday, 8 February 2027, with Eid al-Fitr around 9 March, subject to moon sighting. India usually runs a day later. A Wego forecast lists India's Ramzan start as Tuesday, 9 February and Eid as Wednesday, 10 March 2027, and Publicholidays.in also lists Idul Fitr on Wednesday, 10 March 2027.

Forecasts do not always agree. Another Wego page suggests Eid in India could fall on Thursday, 11 March. According to Sara International Travel, on the Saudi calendar Eid falls on 9 March if the month runs 29 days and on 10 March if it runs 30. In India, Wego notes that regional moon-sighting committees make the final call after Maghrib on the 29th of Ramzan.

The practical takeaway:

- Treat 9–11 March 2027 as the Eid window, with 10 March the most likely date.

- Aim to have hampers in hand by Friday, 5 March, so a one-day shift either way does not matter.

- Never print an exact date on the greeting card. Write 'this Eid' instead.

What to Put in an Eid Corporate Hamper: Gourmet Plus a Keepsake

The format we recommend is simple: a gourmet centrepiece plus one non-food keepsake, packed in a branded box with a greeting card. There are three reasons for it.

- Gourmet items are add-ons. At Printing Labs, gourmet food is sold only together with at least one other product, so you need a keepsake anyway.

- Gourmet has no bulk discount. Most other products get 3 % off at 25 units, rising to 10 % at 200+, so the keepsake is where volume savings come from.

- Food is eaten; a keepsake stays. The branded item keeps your gesture visible after the dry fruits are gone.

The gourmet centrepiece

Premium Dry Fruits - 400g is the classic choice for Ramzan and Eid, and suits both iftar and Eid hospitality. Panchmeva - Dry Fruits Mix offers a mixed assortment in a festive presentation. For a lighter sweet note, the Open Secret White Choco Cashew Story Box works as a small extra rather than the main item. You can browse every option in the Gourmet category.

Product Card: Premium Dry Fruits - 400g

The keepsake anchor

The Stainless Steel Vacuum Flask Set with 3 Cup fits the season well. Tea, chai or kahwa is often part of iftar and of hosting Eid guests, and a flask with cups is made for sharing. It is branded with laser or UV printing on the steel, so the logo is neat and lasting rather than loud.

Dietary and Cultural Care for Ramzan Gift Hampers

A food gift for a religious occasion needs more care than a Diwali sweet box. Most of it comes down to checking, not assuming.

Halal status: check, don't claim

We do not describe any gourmet item as halal unless a certificate supports it, and you should not either. Before you finalise, ask us for the manufacturer's label details and any certification for each food item. This matters most for chocolate-based products such as the white choco cashew box, where ingredients and additives need a closer look. If an item cannot be confirmed, swap it for plain dry fruits or drop the food and upgrade the keepsake.

Other things to avoid or check

- Anything containing alcohol, including liqueur-filled chocolates.

- Nut allergies. Dry fruit hampers are nut-heavy. If your HR records or RSVP form flag allergies, plan a nut-free version for those people.

- Expiry dates. According to TaxGuru's summary of the Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020, food labels must declare the date of manufacture or packing and an expiry or use-by date, along with the FSSAI logo and the brand owner's licence number. Ask for the expiry date on your batch, so hampers that arrive in Ramzan stay fresh through Eid.

Keep the gesture modest

Ramzan is a month of restraint and reflection. Avoid over-the-top packaging, loud slogans or a sales pitch inside the box.

Eid Gifts for Clients vs Eid Gifts for Employees

The same hamper format works for both, but the emphasis changes.

Eid gifts for clients

- Smaller list, higher per-unit spend. Focus on key accounts and long-standing partners.

- Restrained branding. A logo on the flask and a sticker on the box is enough. The gift should read as a gesture, not as merchandise.

- A personal note signed by the relationship owner, not just 'Team XYZ'.

- Address accuracy. Confirm whether the gift goes to the office or the client's home, and who will receive it.

Eid gifts for employees

- Larger list, consistent kit. Everyone gets the same box, which keeps it fair and simple to produce.

- Volume savings on the keepsake. Most non-food items carry the bulk discount; the gourmet portion does not.

- Remote and branch staff. Collect home addresses early. We ship pan-India, but a missing pincode is a common cause of a late gift.

- Inclusive messaging. If you gift the whole team, keep the note warm and simple so it reads well for everyone.

If you prefer a ready-made kit, the Elegant Festive Corporate Pack combines a natural jute bag, a sleek vacuum bottle, a leatherette pen stand, Panchmeva dry fruits, the Open Secret white choco cashew box, Ferrero Rocher, a scented candle, a magnetic gift box and a greeting card.

Iftar Gift Boxes: Delivery Timing That Respects the Fast

If you are sending an iftar gift box during Ramzan, the delivery slot matters as much as what is inside.

- Aim for daytime delivery, well before sunset. A box that arrives just as someone is breaking their fast is an interruption rather than a gift.

- Office deliveries: coordinate with the client's admin or front desk, especially if their teams keep shorter hours during the month.

- Home deliveries: tell us the recipient's preferred time window and we will pass it on to the courier where possible.

- Do not expect an immediate thank-you. People fasting through long workdays may reply later.

For Eid, the main rule is to arrive a few days early. Gifts that land after Eid still count, but they feel like an afterthought.

Packaging, Branding and Eid Greeting Messages

Packaging that looks considered

The Premium Packaging Card Board Magnetic Box gives the hamper a clean, premium opening experience. It is branded with a sticker carrying your logo, and like gourmet items it is an add-on that ships only with at least one other product. For the sticker and card design, muted tones such as deep green, ivory, navy or gold suit the season better than bright promotional colours.

The greeting card

The Greeting Card - 4"X6" is digitally printed with your message; ask us if you would like recipient names added. Before production you approve a digital mockup of every branded item, and you can preview your logo on products in Mockup Studio before requesting a quote.

What the message should say

- During Ramzan: 'Ramzan Mubarak' or 'Ramadan Kareem', with a line wishing peace and blessings through the month.

- On or around Eid: 'Eid Mubarak', with a line wishing joy to the recipient and their family.

- Keep it to two or three lines, signed by a named person.

- Avoid quoting religious text unless someone on your team knows it well and can check it.

- Skip the sales message. No offers, no product launches, no QR codes to your website.

A simple example: 'Eid Mubarak to you and your family. Thank you for a wonderful year of working together.'

Budget Bands for Eid Corporate Gifts

Every listed price includes standard logo branding and excludes GST. The product cards show live prices, and kits are priced item by item, so here are bands rather than fixed figures.

- Under ₹1,000: the vacuum flask set, the Open Secret white choco cashew box, a magnetic box and a greeting card. Small, useful and seasonal.

- ₹1,000–₹2,000: the vacuum flask set with Premium Dry Fruits 400g, a magnetic box and a card. Add Panchmeva as well and it still just fits this band, which suits key clients.

- Above ₹2,000: the Elegant Festive Corporate Pack, or a custom build with a second keepsake.

Most non-food items earn the bulk discount; the gourmet items do not. For how tax applies to mixed hampers, see our GST guide for corporate gifts. Every order comes with a GST invoice.

Planning Your Eid Order Backwards from a Tentative Date

Production takes 7–10 business days after mockup approval. Delivery then takes 2–4 business days by air or 5–9 business days by surface. Working back from a target of having hampers in hand by Friday, 5 March 2027:

- Air shipping: dispatch by about Monday, 1 March, which means approving your mockup by about Monday, 15 February.

- Surface shipping: dispatch by about Monday, 22 February, which means approving your mockup by about Monday, 8 February.

- Before approval: allow a week for your quote, final headcount, address list and any mockup changes. In practice, start the conversation by late January.

If you want hampers to arrive early in Ramzan

To get boxes into hands in the first week of Ramzan (from around 9 February), approve the mockup by about mid-January. Republic Day on 26 January falls inside that production window, so build in an extra day.

Express production is possible only on selected items, so if you are short on time, ask us before you plan around it.

Frequently asked questions

Should we send Eid gifts during Ramzan or on Eid?

Both work. Ramzan hampers support iftar and feel personal; Eid hampers are celebratory and shared with family. If you are planning late, aim for Eid and have gifts arrive a few days before the expected date.

What happens if Eid shifts by a day?

In India, Eid is expected between 9 and 11 March 2027, depending on moon sighting. If your hampers arrive by around 5 March and your card says 'this Eid' instead of a date, a shift makes no difference.

Are your gourmet items halal?

We do not label any food item halal without a supporting certificate. Ask us for the manufacturer's label and certification details for each item before you confirm. If an item cannot be verified, swap it or build a non-food hamper.

Is it okay to send food gifts while people are fasting?

Yes. Dry fruits and sweets are often enjoyed at iftar or kept for Eid. Deliver during the day, well before sunset, and do not expect the recipient to acknowledge the gift right away.

Can we order just dry fruits for Eid?

No. Gourmet items, candles and packaging are add-ons and are sold only with at least one other product. Pairing the dry fruits with a keepsake such as the vacuum flask set also gives you a gift that lasts beyond the festival.

Can we brand Eid hampers with our logo?

Yes.
