What we collect and why

The information collected is what an order needs: who you are, how to reach you, where the kits go, and the billing details a GST invoice requires. The policy sets out how each is used and the legal basis relied on for processing.

Sharing, security and retention

Information is shared only where an order requires it — couriers need an address, an invoicing system needs billing details. The policy states the security measures applied and how long records are retained; system backups are kept for up to 35 days and then overwritten, so erased data leaves backups within that window.
