POSH Policy

Printing Labs' Prevention of Sexual Harassment policy under the POSH Act, 2013 — Internal Committee, complaint process, timelines and protections.

The Printing Labs policy for the prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment at the workplace, framed under the POSH Act, 2013, covering employees, interns, contractors, vendors and visitors — on site, off site and in virtual work spaces.

Internal Committee and complaints

The Internal Committee is being constituted in the form the Act requires — a woman Presiding Officer, employee members and an external member. Written complaints are received confidentially now, within three months of an incident (extendable by three more with recorded reasons); interim reliefs include transfer or paid leave.

Inquiry and outcomes

Inquiries follow natural justice and complete within 90 days; the report goes to the employer within 10 days and is acted on within 60. Outcomes range from a written apology to termination, with police support where the conduct is an offence.

Protections

Confidentiality under Section 16, zero tolerance for retaliation against complainants or witnesses, no action for unproven complaints made in good faith, appeals within 90 days, and the same respectful-workplace standard extended to every gender as company policy.
