The terms governing orders, accounts and every tool on printinglabs.com, operated by Khatana Technologies Private Limited. Placing an order or using the Services means accepting them.

Orders, proofs and payment

A quotation plus the advance confirms an order; for customised goods, production starts only after the digital proof is approved, and the approved proof — not the catalogue image — defines what conforming goods look like. Standard terms are 50% to confirm and 50% at dispatch, with GST added at billing.

Your logo, our content, and the tools

Clients keep ownership of their logos and grant a licence limited to proofing and production, warranting they hold the rights to what they ask us to print. Catalogues and Mockup Studio downloads may be used for business purposes. Brand Store points are a company-funded allowance, not money, and AI assistants do not make contractual commitments — quotations and proofs do.

Consumers, liability and disputes

Individuals buying as consumers keep every right the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 gives them, over anything else in the terms. Business liability is capped at the amount paid for the goods concerned. Indian law governs, courts at Ahmedabad — without limiting a consumer's right to the consumer commission. Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours.
