Return Policy
Learn about our replacement policies for custom-branded or damaged orders.
This policy covers when Printing Labs accepts a return and when a refund or credit is issued. Because the work is customised to each client, the terms are narrower than a general retail policy, and the deadlines matter.
What can be returned
Returns and refunds are considered in defined circumstances rather than on change of mind: a manufacturing defect, a branding error against the approved proof, or a shortfall against what was ordered. Deliveries should be inspected promptly on receipt, because the reporting window starts then.
What cannot
Customised merchandise carrying a client logo cannot be resold, so personalised items are excluded once produced to an approved proof. The policy lists the exclusions in full, along with the separate treatment bulk orders receive.
Reporting deadlines
Strict adherence to the reporting deadlines is required to open a claim, and failing to report inside those timeframes can void it. This is the single condition that decides most cases, which is why it is stated plainly rather than buried.
How a claim is resolved
A reported claim moves through a defined return process and an inspection before resolution, with undelivered shipments handled on their own track. Governing law and compliance are set out in the closing sections.
