Rate your Printing Labs experience — corporate gifts, welcome kits and bulk branding. Every review reaches our team; happy or not, we want the honest version.

This is where Printing Labs collects feedback from the companies it has delivered to. It is a short form, not a page of published testimonials: a star rating out of five, who you are, and the part that actually matters — what the experience was like in your own words.

What we ask for

A rating from one to five stars, your name, and your review. Company name is optional. An email address is asked for so the team can follow up on what you write, particularly when something went wrong and there is a specific order to look into.

What is worth writing about

The useful detail is the part of a bulk gifting order that no photograph settles: whether the branding came out as approved, whether apparel sizes ran true, whether the delivery landed on the date it was promised for, and how the kits were received when they were opened.

What happens to it

Every review is read by our team. Good or rough, we would rather have the honest version than a polite one — a review that only says what went well tells us nothing we can act on.
