Shipping Policy

Shipping timelines, delivery coverage and logistics terms for Printing Labs orders — bulk dispatches, pan-India delivery and express fulfillment.

This policy sets out how Printing Labs ships orders: the timelines, the costs, and who is responsible for what. Placing an order, or accepting a quotation, means accepting these terms alongside the refund and return policy.

Where we deliver

Shipping covers every pincode in India that our courier partners consider serviceable, and we work to keep that coverage as wide as possible. International shipping is arranged on request. Clients in or near Ahmedabad can also collect in person during standard operating hours, by arrangement.

Production and delivery timelines

Production runs after proof approval, not after payment, so the clock starts when the artwork is signed off. Estimated delivery windows are given per order and depend on the branding method, the quantity and the destination. B2B logistics on customised goods carries variables a courier tracking page cannot see, which is why the policy states estimates rather than guarantees.

Costs, tracking and split delivery

Shipping charges are calculated from the real weight and destination of the consignment. Tracking is shared per consignment once dispatched. Orders can be split across multiple addresses — individually addressed parcels to each recipient — which is the route most hybrid and remote teams need.

When something goes wrong

The policy sets out how shipping exceptions are handled: delays, damage in transit and undelivered consignments each have a defined route. Report a problem promptly — the reporting deadlines in the refund and return policy are what keep a claim open.
