What the timeline shows

Once an order is dispatched, its timeline shows the courier, the consignment reference and the progress recorded against it. Tracking is shared per consignment, so a split delivery to individual recipients can be followed parcel by parcel rather than as one shipment.

If something arrived damaged or short

Report it from here rather than waiting: shortfalls and transit damage both have reporting deadlines under the return and refund policy, and a claim opened inside that window is the one that stays open.
