Withdraw with the form on this page — a single-use confirmation link is emailed and nothing changes until it is clicked — or by email to support@printinglabs.com, the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, a WhatsApp reply, or by phone during working hours.

Timelines and effect

Requests are acknowledged within 48 hours; marketing suppression is actioned within 7 business days; erasure requests resolve within one month. Withdrawal applies going forward — GST invoices and other statutory records are retained for their legal periods.

Gift recipients and escalation

Recipients of client gifts can write to Printing Labs directly; the request is passed to the client as Data Fiduciary, and delivery data is deleted after fulfilment in any case. Unresolved grievances may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India.
